Refund policy
EXCHANGES / CREDITS / RETURNS
Exchanges, Credits, and Refunds are accepted up to 10 days after the item is received. Items must be in their original, brand-new condition, showing no signs of being worn or used. These items must be returned within ten days and MUST include their original packaging, receipt of purchase, and a return form issued by our studio. Please contact izabysilviadavila@izabysilviadavila.com immediately to address your request and include a reason for return. We will then issue you a Return Form and shipping details.
* Discounted items are eligible for exchange or online store credit only. As noted on their product pages, certain pieces are final sale and are therefore not eligible for exchange, credit, or return. Custom pieces, or pieces marked as "SPECIAL ORDER," and shipping are not eligible for exchange, credit, or return.
In the event of a valid exchange/refund/credit, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs (including a secure tracking number and insurance) for returning the item. IZA does not refund items lost or damaged in transit back to our studio. Please be sure to package your items with extra padding and include secure tracking information and insurance for your protection. If an item is, for some reason, received damaged, please email Customer Service immediately with a clear description of the item and include a photograph.
IMPORTANT: Please note that in order to process an exchange, credit, or refund, the item must go through the process above first so that we know to expect it alongside our other incoming shipments. IZA is not liable for items returned without prior notification or requested documents. These items will not be accepted and will be returned immediately to the sender.
